Our partner organizations are situated in different parts of the world, represent small to large organizations serving a few hundred to 100’s of thousands of people, cover little to large landscapes, and operate in applied fields ranging from agriculture and sustainability to healthcare and human rights- but they all have one thing in common- commitment to improving lives and tackling the most crucial problems of our world today.
The varied interests and areas of emphases of our 32 partners showcased in the pages below can be grouped as follows,
Education: National, international, and special education
Health: Healthcare and public health, including those classified as rural health, tribal health, voluntary health, and community health
Change Agents: Performing arts, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, design, and innovation for social change
Justice for all: Seeking fairness, equity and opportunity through better livelihoods, microfinance, recreation for all, poverty reduction, transparency and better governance practices
Resource Management: Research in agriculture, horticulture, bovine productivity, water resources, energy, sustainability, architecture and housing
To be tractable, we have grouped all our partners into one or more of the five groupings. Rarely any of our partners, belong to only one or all the five groupings. Most of them have interests in 2-4 groupings. By delving deeper into their web sites, one should be able to gain insights on the breadth and depth of their interests. Most of our partners (30 of 32) work hard and strive to attain a better quality of life for their clients by seeking fairness, equity and justice in all actions that govern their clients. The next grouping is education, where 25 of our 32 partners are engaged, followed by 20 serving as change agents, 11 in health-related areas, and finally 10 in resource management.
